The delivery times listed below are an estimate of the time it takes for your order to arrive after dispatch. We will process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but the delivery times may vary depending on your region.

2. Taxes and Duties

EU Taxes

For all countries within the European Union (EU) taxes and duties are included in the final price. Please note that countries outside of the EU may incur additional charges, for which LA SAINT cannot be held accountable. Please refer to your local authorities for in-depth information on these fees.

3. Important information


All orders are fully traceable through the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability. DHL will alert you via email when your parcel has been dispatched. Once your parcel is out for delivery, you will receive another email.


All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by LA SAINT. As a signature is required upon delivery, LA SAINT is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Damaged packaging

Please note that if you live overseas and the outer packaging of your product arrives slightly damaged it is more than likely to have been opened at customs. Custom officials are allowed to open up packages and inspect the contents, to ensure that the correct duty is being applied to the package. They often do not tape these back up very well! The bag(s) should not be tampered with, should remain in its (their) plastic packaging and all sealed up.- Please note that our shipping costs outside of Europe (Norway excluded) do not include any fees or costs associated with import or customs fees. Each country has different rules for import and custom fees so we advise you to check the rules of your country with regards to any additional costs you might be asked to pay.

4. Returns

LA SAINT return policy

We accept returns of unused products within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Please note that the cost of returning an item is your responsibility. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we accept no liability for returned orders that do not reach us. If your item is faulty, once we have confirmed and accepted your return, we will reimburse any shipping costs along with your original order value.

Returned items must be unused and with all original packaging and all tags attached. Our branded boxes and dust bags are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. Please note that we may not refund item(s) that are sent without any filled in return form. We will process return shipments within five business days after receipt, after which you will receive an e-mail.

How to return an order

To start a return or exchange process, please inform us about your return by sending us an email at with your order number in the Subject line and reason for return. We will then issue an RMA number and provide you with a return form and address label. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Make sure you fill in the return form completely and correctly and enclose it with the item(s) you wish to return in the original box. Please don’t forget to put your order number and RMA number on the form. Attach the pre-printed address label provided to the outside of the box.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Returns that have been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Please ensure that all tags are still attached, and you include any branded boxes and dust bags in your return shipment. It is your responsibility to return the items in a suitable outer box for shipping. The cost to return an item is also your responsibility. We recommend that you insure the
return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send back to us.
