1. Products

We use high quality, locally sourced Italian leather, which is traditionally tanned and lightly finished to protect the surface.

To ensure the durability of your bag, the lining is made of Alcantara. Because its fibers are extremely thin in structure, the upper layer of the fabric has a velvety soft feel. Alcantara is easy to clean and extremely durable.

All metal hardware is made in Italy of high-quality nickel-free brass with a gold finish.

We only offer a repair service if your item has a manufacturing fault. We do not accept other defects.

Occasionally we have items on our website that will not ship right away. When this happens, there will be a notification on our product page. In that case, you can pre-order the item. Please note that your shipment will be delayed until that item is available.  You can then place a pre-order; your shipment will be delayed until that item is available.

2. Order

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, you will have the ability to track your package on the corresponding shipping carrier’s website.

We process and complete orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order, contact us at contact@la-saint.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Provided we haven’t dispatched the order, we’ll work with you to make any requested changes.

We are happy to help with damaged items. Please email us pictures, a brief description of the damage, the order number, and your shipping information to contact@la-saint.com. We will follow up with next steps as soon as possible. LA SAINT will determine the best solution and may ask to see a product in person before making a decision. The security tag must be attached to accept any returns. Please note that LA SAINT is not responsible for normal wear and tear, such as staining or damaged leather due to use.

Pre-order is a way to reserve a bag from an upcoming style or configuration, or if a bag is out of stock. The pre-order process is the same as our regular order process, however, the item will ship at a later date than when you purchase a bag that’s readily available. You will of course receive a shipping notification once your bag is on its way to you.

At LA SAINT, we aim to be as environmentally conscious as possible. By producing in limited quantities, we never have excess stock, keeping our waste level at an absolute minimum.

Because all of our bags are handmade, it may take around 6-8 weeks until your pre-order is shipped out. However, most of the time a production run will already be in place, which shortens the delivery time significantly.

3. Delivery & returns

We ship worldwide. Please see our Delivery & Returns section for the delivery times to your location. Is your location not on the list or do you have any specific inquiries? Please send an email to contact@la-saint.com for more information and we will follow up with you shortly.

We accept returns of unused products within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please see our Delivery & Returns section for additional information on our return policy and how to return your order. For any help please contact our customer care team at contact@la-saint.com.

Your refund will be issued to the bank account, PayPal account or credit card associated with your initial payment.

We will process return shipments within five business days after receipt, after which you will receive an e-mail confirming your refund.

4. Product care

  • Protect your bag from direct light, prolonged exposure to light, humidity, and extreme heat.
  • Store your bag in the protective cotton dust bag to avoid fading and to keep it dust free. To maintain its shape, keep your bag stuffed with fabrics, acid-free tissues or a handbag insert. Place it in an upright position. Do not overload your bag.
  • Take special care when handling the hardware and foil print logo. Avoid all contact with liquids, especially oily liquids like hand creams or lotions.
  • For light cleaning we recommend wiping your LA SAINT handbag with a soft, dry cloth. If your bag gets wet, wipe it dry and allow it to dry at room temperature. If you wish to deep clean your bag, you can leave it to a leather professional or use a professional leather cleaning agent. Be sure to test the product in an inconspicuous spot before applying it to the whole bag.

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Each country has different rules for import and custom fees so we advise you to check the rules of your country with regards to any additional costs you might be asked to pay. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification and you will have the ability to track your package on the corresponding shipping carrier’s website.

Yes. All orders that are shipped will require a signature from the recipient. Please note that as a signature is required on delivery, La Saint is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
